Social media is now a mainstay of modern business. The workshop will cover:

- A review of recent case studies involving social media related dismissals and what we can learn from them
- How to choose the best social media platforms for promoting your business
- A review of the most popular social media management tools and best practices for staff involvement
- How to engage with your audience on social media
- An introduction to Facebook marketing
The workshop includes refreshments and light lunch.
