Need a strategy to help you integrate social media and email marketing with the rest of your business?

We can help you create a properly researched and documented social media strategy, that does not just sit in a dusty drawer someplace until it’s time to be updated. If your strategy is to be successful, it needs to be a living-breathing document that directs action, a road map if you will. Something that can be referred to by everyone within the organisation, who’s responsibility it is to manage your digital marketing.

We would work with you and your team to establish appropriate objectives, drill down to specific platforms, provide guidance on content creation and usage and establish Key Performance Indicators, so that progress can be measured and monitored as the plan is implemented.

The process starts with a review of your current business plan (you do have a business plan, right?), followed by a brain-storming session with the management team. This is a crucial step, to get the complete picture of where the business is headed and what the priorities are. This process alone often throws up some interesting questions. We will then carry out a thorough audit of your current social media presence and sales funnels.

Next we pull all this information together and carry out some competitor research to find out what your competitors are doing online. This exercise helps us to establish a point of differentiation that we will then use to help you stand-out from your competitors.

We then pull together a written report that identifies the specific channels that you will use to implement the strategy that we have identified. From this document we then help you produce a content calendar and activity plan, taking things from the strategic level right down to the day-to-day.
